Absolutely. You're more likely to eat "comfort foods" which may not be the healthiest in the cupboard.

Also, when you're stressed, you're less likely to exercise regularly because you're caught up with whatever it is that's bugging you.

I do think stress plays a major role in making people gain weight!!!

If you're an emotional eater, then yes. If you are, try an apple instead of a chocolate bar or packet of chips. Also, exercise is a great stress reliever, so this might help more than you realise. Good luck!

Sure.Stress can make u eat more.Even gain weight w/out yur appetite increasing.Stress can even make u physically ill.

when your body is stressed it stores cause it feels like it doesn't know when it will get food again

relax
its hard but its worth it
