I remember watching a movie in the early 80's (animation) about a world where everything had arrows. In this world, there was a kid born with a round head, and he had to wear a pointy hat to "blend in". One day he was discovered and vanished. In his journey, he meets incredible characters, and eventually returns home to find that his head had changed and was now pointy like everyone's else. Does anyone remember the name of this movie?
