We just booked our honeymoon and I have been reading so much things on the internet about the food, food poisoning, flies on the food, nothing to do, nasty rooms, and no A/C??? etc etc etc. I am wanting to know what you think? If anyone has been to the Sandal resort in Montego Bay I want to know your opinions.

Those rumours on the internet are absolutely ridiculous. I work at Sandals Montego Bay and we pride ourselves on being a premier ultra-all inclusive fantasy. Sandals has been voted world's best at the Travel Awards for 13 years in a row. We pride ourselves on being the absolute best for our customers.
Let me first address the food concern: Sandals Montego Bay has five fine dining resturants that cater to your cuisine needs. All of our equipment and foodstuff meet strict international hygiene standards so food poisoning is extremely rare.
With regards to the conditions of our rooms, for someone to say that they are 'nasty' is just laughable. Sandals has on hand housekeepers that keep the rooms in impeccable condition. When the guests leave, the rooms are thoroughly tidied for the arriving visitors. And all suites include air conditioning.
With regards activities, I cannot even begin to describe the amount of stuff that you can do at Sandals. Check our website and you'll see for youself.
Sandals Mobay is THE perfect getaway for you and your new husband. Don't listen to stupid rumours, come for yourself as many others have, and prove it.

Sandals resorts are a part of a large and well run company. Lots of people go to their resorts and love them. I would suggest you go to TripAdvisor.com and type in the resort name in the search area. The first thing you will find is lots of trip reports written by previous visitors. You can also read the resort amenities, view "candid traveler photos" posted by some of those visitors, and ask questions in the "forums" section. That is a question and answer venue where you will get more and better answers than here. You can also view the other attractions of the general area. It is a tremendous tool for researching a trip. Have a great honeymoon!

like all the resorts in jamica,they have some problems from time to time,I have been to sandals and I had a good time with no negative issues...one bit of advice you must heed....stay within the resort....you leave the resort you are not really too safe....Jamica outside the resorts is a third world country and i have had friends who have been mugged,beaten,robbed,and assulted outside the resorts....so stay within the confines of Sandals and you will be fine.

Sandals resort are very very nice ,top a/c food out of this world .

CARRY MUCH MONEY
