There's no other way, - recently when we had sooooooooo much grief with TalkTalk phone and internet other months I invented a song....... Ohhhhh the F....ing C....'s the F.....ing C's and so on to a tune that I had to sing out loud after every stupid call with them and not getting anywhere. And many more things like that - help to let the steam out of your head keep you sane -ish.

It helps me with just two events.
The sun coming up and the sun going down.
After that, they take the jacket off, leave the door open and I'm free to wander about...
