If you are really serious, show up at a place you would like to work with a shovel, a water jug, and a lunchbox. That way they would know you're serious, and are willing to do whatever it takes. You have to start at the bottom and work your way up. Do a good job, and prove yourself as a serious, dedicated employee. The boss will see this and give you more responsibility and better jobs.
I don't know what your state laws are, but where I'm from, you have to be 16. Maybe you could start mowing their lawns and work your way in.
It's nice to hear someone your age with ambition. If you were my neighbor, I have a barn that needs cleaned, and a foal that needs a brush up on halter manners. Good luck!

go down to your local stables and offer to help out for free, this will gain you valuable experience. When you leave school, go and visit racing stables and ask for a job. These kind of jobs are not advertised as they take people on depending on how they are with the horses
