Discharge is discharge. It is not usually a sign of pregnancy. PMS, stress, diet, etc. etc. can cause changes in it. I have discharge 15 days out of every single month and I'm not pregnant.

No, especially not early in pregnancy. Might be a sign of ovulation, though...
If the discharge has an odor or if you are itchy, burning, or experiencing pain, it might be a sign of a yeast or bacterial infection or STD. If it is an unusual amount of discharge, you should seek prompt medical attention from a gynecologist.

It is possible but it could be related to many other things, such as upcoming ovulation or an infection. If it doesn't clear up you will definitely want to get checked out. You can have some infections, including some std's without any clear and concise symptoms. I would take a test though if you are late on your period. Good luck.
