In the book In Cold Blood, what part does Perry admits he knew killing the Clutters was bad.

When Truman Capote "corners" him in the vestibule (at the police station), Perry becomes intimidated by Capote's overwhelming 'physicality' (he was a gentle but HUGE, muscular man) and 'spills his guts' to Capote.
