How warm does it have to be to wear a mini skirt (bare legs)? We live in Colorado.?

We live in Colorado. This time of year it can be in the 40's but then it can be in the upper 60's. Please Help!

Any temp you can bear honey. Just put a pair of pantyhose in your purse in case you feel frost bite coming on.

um at least 70 degrees (75 degrees is better) (no wind chill)
(unless you want to wear leggens)
