You don't state the country you are asking about but I will assume for the UK as the 'federation of builders' is an UK association.

The federations of master builders is actually a trade association of independent self employed fully qualified builders.. So it doesn't give out wages.
For members who are sick..it does give financial assistance. There is no set rate. It is on an as needed for basis.

As for wages for a plasterer there are no set wages. However fully qualified they can expect to earn about £25,000 per annum
