I've been having cramps for a week after my period? what could it possible be?

Ovulation. It actually occurs within 7 days of menses ending, it does not happen during menses like some people believe. During ovulation your ovaries are contracting and your uterus is contracting preparing for the egg. Midol and a heating pad will help.

idk. except onetime it happened to a friend where she forgot to take out the last tampon, and she had cramps....
