Ok my friend clare is really nice but a little bit too nice she is a little too smart too but she trys to take away my friend emma from me!

No one is TOO nice. Be happy that you have a friend that cares about you and is nice to you. My whole life, I've had friends that walked all over to me, so BE THANKFUL. I can't believe you're complaining because you think your friend is too nice.
Second of all, why should she be penalized for being smart? That's a wonderful thing! Being intelligent is a gift from God, and that's great. Also, I don't know what situation you're in, but make sure she's actually trying to steal your friend.
If she steals your friend, then she does this: She tries to compete with you for Emma's friendship. She always tries to make Emma hang out with her...when Emma already has plans for you...etc. If she doesn't do these things, then I don't think she's stealing Emma. Maybe she's just really close to her, and so are you. Let Emma have more than one best bud.

I wouldn't be great friends with someone who tries to take away other friends that you've had for longer. Talk to her about it first, and if she doesn't cool it, lose her...
