I recentley received a fine at London Bridge station for not purchasing a ticket, you cannot use a oyster card at this station, and the ticket officer said that I will need to pay off a fine, and it will either have to be done by postal cheque to the Revenue Protection Support Services or at any Southern Ticket office- does anyone know any central Southern ticket offices or preferably any that are near Neasden Station/ Jubilee Line? P.S I do not want to send a postal cheque as I do not have a cheque book and if I told anyone in my family I got issued with a £20 fine, they would hit the roof.....Thank You

The penalty fare system can be paid at ANY companies station within the South East.

Silverlink can not turn you away from paying this fine.

Your Nearest station that does have Southern Services stop there would be Harrow and Wealdstone, Kensington Olympia, West Brompton apart from that it is down to London Bridge, Victoria or Clapham Junction and then onwards from there.

However you can use an Oyster at London Bridge as it is within the TFL area, if you had scanned your oyster before travelling for your journey then I would suggest you have a good appeal against your fine. I suspect you was stopped by the sounds of it either by the Meteor Security firm who are always getting their facts wrong, or you came up against someone who does not understand the Oyster system.

Enquire at TFL for further clarification on the Oyster system at London Bridge.

Good Luck.

Sorry that I can't help with which station you could pay the fine at, but if you can pay by postal cheque would it be possible to pay by postal order which you buy from the Post Office and then fill in who it is payable to, and send it off to wherever you would be sending the cheque to...failing that you might get some useful information if you rang them up...just a thought...
