I assumed that Jordan would have a Caliphate. Is it an aristocracy?

No Caliphate but they are ruled by a monarchy with a fake parliament to make it look better.

Jordan is a monarchy. It is an Islamic nation, but is moderate and secular. The King's father was very Pro-American and his son appears to be quite sensible and reasonable.
