i'm an aries with an aries and we've been together 2 years. We get along great and have so much fun, BUT we do butt heads a lot. We are both short-tempered, stubborn, full of pride, and we don't want to give in. Even my friend noticed this - we don't like to admit we are wrong. Other then that its awesome we are so sprung on each other and when we met it was like love at first sight. I've asked this question and some people say it works, others say it doesn't. I'm an Aries woman with an Aries man, we've been together 3 years, living together for 2. Our arguments are not good. Neither of us likes to admit we are wrong or to say we're sorry. The result is a lot of messy fights over tiny things. We know how to push each other's buttons and can hardly ever resist that urge in a fight. My previous partner was a Pisces, also for 3 years. He put me on a pedestal and never got me fired up, so hardly any fights. I don't see my Aries-Aries relationship going the distance. The only thing better with him is our sex life, although the frequency has gone down to a lot lower than I'm comfortable with, probably because of all our grudges and resentments! This is a so-so match simply because they are both headstrong and fiery. Well sometimes, Im in an Aries/Aries relationship... Aries tend to be very jealous, hold a grudge, and do butt heads alot in minor arguements but things always seem to work out.

The problem is (based on my experience of dating an Aries chick - and I'm an Aries guy) who's gonna be on top.

And that is in reference to ALL things, not just in an intimate way.
We struggled a lot...each of us wanted control, to be the boss.
A lot of passion, not a lot of longevity.
