I don't get it.?

Question

when i try to open attachments in my email-it states cannot open yada yada yada--but when i email it to my dads email it opens--we are both working off the same pc-why can he open it and i can't?

What email service are you both using? It must be a setting in your account. Compare Options or Preferences on both accounts and make yours like dads.
