You need to call a teen help hot line. I know its stressful being a teenager but you have to stop cutting yourself. I'm 5 5 and 145 and I get hit on by guys all the time. You re just young and lost, your not fat and you havent finish puberty yet to say that your ugly so how do you even know when you bloom in your 20s. That's when girls look the hottest, in your 20s. Trust me, there is so much too forward to. If you die, you'll miss some really cool things.

You know what? We are all exactly the same. We all have problems, insecurities, hidden secrets. I just wish we could all accept ourselves. Just enjoy life. Quit judging ourselves so harshly. Look around you. We're all the same!
Go get some counseling, if you can. Start each day by saying one nice thing about yourself. Get a "happy journal" going. What are you happy about? Dont focus on the negative. Look for the positive. Surround yourself with positive people that love and care about you.
Know that at 13 you are at one of lifes hardest ages. But it does get better, I promis! We've all been there, believe me.
Dont watch crap on t.v. ie Jerry springer, blood and guts. Watch things that are positive or make you laugh. Start exercising to get the release of "happy" endorphines.
This is one of my favorites:
One night a man had a dream. He dreamed
he was walking along the beach with the LORD.
Across the sky flashed scenes from his life.
For each scene he noticed two sets of
footprints in the sand: one belonging
to him, and the other to the LORD.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him,
he looked back at the footprints in the sand.
He noticed that many times along the path of
his life there was only one set of footprints.
He also noticed that it happened at the very
lowest and saddest times in his life.
This really bothered him and he
questioned the LORD about it:
"LORD, you said that once I decided to follow
you, you'd walk with me all the way.
But I have noticed that during the most
troublesome times in my life,
there is only one set of footprints.
I don't understand why when
I needed you most you would leave me."
The LORD replied:
"My son, my precious child,
I love you and I would never leave you.
During your times of trial and suffering,
when you see only one set of footprints,
it was then that I carried you."

Are you being serious or do you think it's cool to be suicidal? Get on prozac now if you're being honest. And you know what? 130lbs at 5'6" is believe it or not an average weight. I'm 5'8" & the health books say that I should weigh 150-160 lbs. So 130 no matter how conditoned your brian is to think that that is fat isn't. Get over it & get some pyschiatric help now.

Professional help is the prescription.
You need to talk to someone who is not family, who is not from your school, who does not know you.
My first suggestion is for you to flip through your telephone book yellow pages and see if you have access to free mental health clinics or a city-county run health clinic.
If so, call them, IMMEDIATELY.

i dont hurt myself like that but i know people that do. they all see psychyatrists and i know you might think that's only for crazy people or whatever, but A LOT of people do. (including me, you dont need to have serious problems to see one) but if you contine this cutting stuff, you might really really hurt yourself and death is possible.
as for the ugly thing? think of it this way. from the time that you are 11 and older, you only get better looking.
a lot of kids hate their parents you'r not the only one. suicidal thoughts are normal too.

that first guy needs to grow up, there's nothing wrong with being emo. I promise there is nothing wrong with you but you really do need to find someone to talk to. Even if its one person. Just knowing that I have one best friend who will never leave me has gotten me through some rough times.

Oh my. You sound like me when I was 13. I am now 23. You need to find someone older who you can talk to and who won't make you feel worse about yourself.
