Where can I find the notes for those ringtones where you press the keys to program in a tune. Is there a name for that kind of ringtone?

Is there a website that at least tells you want numbers are what note? Thanks!

No, I believe not. I actually taught myself how to play the piano by ear, and by learning the notes, i could tell on the cell phone what song to play.

Just keep trying over and over on what sounds are the ones you want.(try easier notes).

~Good luck :]
