on vacations? If I cannot fly there, we're not going. I hate to drive on vacations.

If it is a long trip I definitely will fly. It takes a lot less time. Driving is not too bad if it is within 3-4 hours distance.

We live in Hawaii, so driving is not an option. However, once we fly to the mainland, we love the freedom of being able to drive.

We fly for the most part, then rent a car. I want to do a cruise, or take a train across country the next vacation we take. ~~~~

On drives from 8+ hours, I would really perfer to fly. But we've made that trip to Ohio so many times it seems routine.

If I am on vacation I can go even rowing or walking. I will enjoy it because I am on vacation.
