I have sold unneeded gift cards on e-bay a few times and they always seem to get near face value. The buyers have often bought many gift cards from people in the past (sometimes $1000s worth). Why are they doing it? Just to save a few dollars? I'd love to hear from any frequent buyers of gift cards out there. Thanks.

EBAY is a joke right from the gitgo! I have never seen so many dummies thinkin they are gettin a bargain on EBAY when lots of times the products sell for less on the net! Some of these people are either absolute idiots or we have a new buying disorder akin to gambling addiction!

I noticed this, too and I think it's hilarious. I once saw I gift card worth $25 go for $27 + $2 shipping.. DUHHHH... HA HA HA

I think what happens is that people get really involved in these bidding wars.. or something?!
