i posted a question in music and music players and its been 20 minutes and no one has answered!! but in polls and surveys i get answers in about 1 minute.
lord i hope someone anwsers this or im gonna look stupid!!!! :)

The polls and categories section has more people there on a regular basis. It is easier for people to get quick points in the Polls & Surveys, questions don't typically have detailed answers, and no special knowledge is required. Therefore, you can answer a lot of questions in a short time for maximum points.

people in those "other" categories are slower (mentally) than us!
(it takes them longer to read and respond to the questions)
they're 'special'

Other catagories aren't as popular as P&S, so people don't see them as quickly.
