My friend is trying to conect through internet explorer. She is in Germany and has Skype that will load and other things like limewire. When she clicks on the internet explorer shortcut she gets an error message that says cannot display page. She went to a shop and they said that it was that her Norton internet security was too high and she then disabled it and it worked about 1 out of every 5 times and then stoped working all together. She also has sharing dissabled on her computer. Do you need sharing enabled for Skype?
