Depends on the people:

If they are friends who are flirting, yes.

If it's a doctor talking about the reproductive system to a patient, then no.

If it's a Catholic priest taking a confession from his altarboy, maybe.

Well, either the two people are pervs or in a relationship. But since only 20% of the nation are pervs, yes. If this is someone you care about, your relationship may be in deep trouble, but be sure to ask those people about why they were talking about sexual stuff before you do anything drastic.

If you're comfortable talking about sex with a friend without any feelings involved that's a very intimate friendship; but if you have feelings for this friend maybe it's time you two stop talking so much and start doing.

The mere act of discussing sex does not, in and of itself, convey a sexual attraction on either party's part.

For example, my best friend of many years is female. we've had a lot of graphic conversations about sex over the years, and nothing ever came of it. we're just comfortable discussing these sorts of things with each other.

Not necessarily. They may just feel comfortable being open with eachother about themselves. Some people don't care who they tell what.

But, then again......I guess you can never know for sure unless you ask.

Actually it is a feeling out process to see what the other person is willing to talk about or do, it will always lead to something more. ALWAYS
