Do you mean to ask why are gays so 'in your face' gay? In other words why do they go out of their way to shock ?
I've often wondered myself by cannot bring myself to ask personally because those who are gay and normal would find the question offensive and those who are gay and bizarre would not give a satisfactory answer.

There are at least three theories on why some people are gay:


There are those who believe being gay is biological, something they were born with.

Another reason could have been the way they were raised, for example; they were molested, they don't have luck with the opposite sex, something traumatizing happened, or maybe they fell in love with someone of the same sex, etc.

Some people also believe being gay is a choice.

Huh? Gays so gay? That's like why are trees so tree-ish. It's a cultural mak-up probably mostly influenced from societal perception what they think gay peopel are.
