Do all women look better when they are wearing make-up or is it possible to not wear any make-up and look great also?

but in some cases, some women look better with makeup
but you can be beautiful with and without it!

NO!!! not all women look better wearing makeup. firstly applying makeup is an art...not all women can do it well! If you have a great skin then by all means flaunt it! There is nothing prettier than a clean natural face. Maybe you enhance the natural look by applying a bit of kaajal and a rose tinted lipgloss.

It depends. I don't wear make-up, and have lots of guys tell me I am pretty. A lot of guys tell me they prefer girls without make-up because they are "natural looking" and don't look fake. Like I said before, it depends on the woman. A little bit of make-up is not bad, but a lot of women do exaggerate.

No. Most women look better without any. Trust me, I'm a guy. You gals wear make-up to impress each other. Men simply don't care about the goop on your face, they like natural-looking women. Really....go ask some men.

Not all woman look better with make up because some women are beautiful in there natureally way so with make up its makes them look not as good as they were. But some women look pretty with make up because it makes their skin smooth and beautiful. With or without make up is your choice, its the way you look at yourself.

I look best with light concealer, and a bit of eyeliner.
But most days, I just wash my face, put on heavy SPF moisturizer, a light concealer under my eyes, and go.
Other than that, too much of it is just too much, and that goes for most women. I'd rather see splotches and dark spots or pimples, than a huge layer of caked on foundation on top of it. You may look good from afar, but up close you'd be scary.
I also make sure my eyebrows are groomed and my lips moisturized.
