as a bucs fan i think this would be a horrible deal for them, he is a cancer and is only effective on deep balls, which the bucs do not throw for the most part...plus keyshawn tore this team apart after their super bowl run because of his differences with jon gruden, how could this possibly work out?

Moss is going to be a Raider when the season starts and ends. Oakland is not going to draft Russell and then trade away his top target. Porter is going to be a Raider as well. The deal would be terrible for Tampa Bay, who has a shot of getting Calvin Johnson, who is a younger more explosive version of Moss. Look at what this guy did with a mediocre QB at Ga Tech. Garcia isnt the future at that spot, but he's a lot better than Reggie Ball, who's going to be an undrafted free agent at best. Moss to Tampa Bay makes no sense. It only would make sense for Moss to go to the other bay, Green Bay. Thats the best situation for him to go to.

I agree, it wouldnt. Also Calvin Johnson is there. If the bucs pull the trigger on this I would be amazed. ON the other hand, Moss will come to a team with an established leader, Brooks, Barber, Rice, Garcia(to a degree) and hopefully he wont be a cancer. DOing this would allow the bucs to draft a good young d-player, to replace the older vets.

I think the Bucs might think they can't get top draft receiver available Calvin Johnson without a deal, and they are shaking hands behind the lines to see if they can get Calvin or just give up and grab Moss.

If Calvin Johnson and Adrian Peterson are still there when the Browns are on the clock I see the Bucs trading up to get Calvin

Bad trade for Tampa but not because of Moss but because they dont have a real QB to get him the ball. Moss would be fine if he played with a guy like Manning, Brady, or Farve because they can get the ball to him and the know how to win. Tampa doesnt have anyone that can do that not even their beloved Chris Simms and definitly not the luckliest player at the end of last season, Jeff Garcia.
