Most Xrays these days are very low radiation. They just advise you as a precaution no to have them. Here is a very helpful link.

For over 50 years, X-rays were given routinely as part of pregnancy. Only after 50 years was it discovered that there was a link between childhood cancers and X-rays. That is to say that the link is there, but it's still very highly unlikely X-rays affected anything. If you'd had several X-rays at different times during your pregnancy, then there might be cause to be concerned, but it looks like your HCG is rising as it should and everything is fine.

You may have a scan if it makes you feel better, or to determine how far along you are, but it likely won't reveal anything about the effects of X-rays.

The problem with x-rays during pregnancy is that they expose the fetus to radiation which could potentially cause cancer later in life. The same applies to adults, except the fetus is much more vulnerable. A scan, even a 3D one, is not going to reveal anything about this risk.
You need to talk to someone who can explain the risk factors, and how the xrays might have changed this. That will depend on where the x-rays were, how many you had etc.
However, it is estimated that 60% of cancers are caused by lifestyle factors, so even if the risk for your child is higher, you could undo that risk by giving them a great diet and bringing them up really healthily.
Good luck.

What area was X rayed? If abdomen more risk then other parts of the body. If you concerned push for the 3d scan. More often then not all will be ok, but you need to be sure, especially if you not 100% committed to having baby or unsure of your willingness to take on a baby with problems.
Not everyone can take on this job. I think those that do are saints, but know I would not be able to manage it myself.

Listen to the doctors and be true to yourself.

I'm sorry but x rays are dangerous, especially early on in your pregnancy. If you have a direct x ray - ie in the abdominal area, there is a real chance the foetus can be deformed.

Years ago it used to be common practice to x ray women to see how the baby was laying!!

I think your baby should be ok. But when you take xrays they ask you that for sure so that they cant be help liable if something should happen. Get a test done to see if the baby is ok to be safe. Good luck and congrats.
