get h all by itself. so...
-10=5h
divide everything by 5 so...
-2=h

-2h-3h=-6+16 so -5h=10 and h=10/-5 s0 h=-2

bring all the unknown variables to the left side,
and all hte numbers to the other side,

-2h-3h= -6+16
-5h = 10
h = -2

-5h-16+16=-6+16
-5h=10
-5h/-5=10/-5
