I love to sing, and my mom sais im good, and im a TERRIFIC actor, any way to be an actor?

Get on American Idol. Everyone of those people are terrific actors, and every freakin one of them have a mom saying they're good enough to be famous.

If you're serious, work as much as you can, accept that you won't get great roles at first (Matthew McConeghey (can't spell) actually was one of the people in the re-created events on Unsolved Mysteries as his first tv gig). Take classes. Be willing to do anything that doesn't make you compromise your moral code.

Get an agent and work your tail off.

The sad thing is, you can do all this and still never make it big. The number of huge stars out there are way less than one percent of people who are "good" and who try to make it big. It's a delicate combination of talent, looks, charm, and luck.

The thing is, people who are dedicated to their craft are usually the ones who are able to stick around. People who say "how do I become famous" usually don't make it, aren't around for long, or aren't respected.

Sweety, this is gunna be a heartbreaker but you have to work hard and it has to be a dream. Because otherwise your gunna get yourself in a situation that you wont like because it isnt a lot of fun especially when you are staying at hotels all the time and always traveling and never getting a break it sucks. Besides that you have to get noticed first. I can tell you a good way to start would be kariokie at popular places like bars or clubs or someplace that they have free singing or something and if people like you they will get you the "hook up" also you have to know how to write music, be able to play at least one instrument and be willing to do whatever it takes. Lots of people on American Idol have moms that tell them they're good. Then they get ripped up by Simon who gives them a reality check.

Before you start longing for your own fansites and paparazzi, I'd suggest getting a professional opinion. (And by professional, I don't mean a talent coach who'll tell you you're great so he can take your money.) I mean a college professor of the arts, or auditioning for a talent agency.

Now, if you are as wonderful as all that, you live in Jersey which terrifically close to Manhattan. Try auditioning for some commercials or off-Broadway shows and see what happens. Don't get too discouraged. If you really want this so bad, and you're willing to work for it, it'll happen.

Theres no answer to this. If There was everyone would be famous. Take acting classes and singing classes. That would help very little. You would have to be extremely awesome. Go for American Idol they'll put you in your place real quick.

There are record companies out there that you could record yourself singing a few songs and then mail it to them.

Also, you could join any local talent shows at fairs or carnivals. Let everybody see your lovely talent, and then maybe one of them happens to know an agent that can sign you up.
