It would appear the Russians have no fear of reprisal because the US is overextended in Iraq. YES? NO? They are doing all they can to bolster their bank accounts so they can all disappear one day to a remote island??

Journalists didn't belong is Russia, people who enter dangerous areas need to bear some responsibility.

Are you naive enough to believe that there have even been communists in Russia since 1918? There's nothing communistic about Russia, and there really never has been. That's a good, old-fashioned fascist government if I ever saw one. Little has changed in the past 10 years. Little has changed in the past 100 or 1000.

No. Most of their current politicians are still hard-line marxists and have lived their lives with communism. it's what they know.
