Well lately we been hanging out and smoking weed together on breaks and stuff. I really like her. She gives me extra hours, and she raised my pay from $5.15 an hour to $9.00 and I work at Captain D's. I think she likes me too. But i dont know how to appraoch her. She's 43 and I'm 19, she has a husband and I have a boyfriend but she's always looking at my butt. What should I do?

Take some girly porn magazine to work and say. Look at what some jerk left at one of the tables. And show her the page(s) where two women are you know. and then say would you ever do that or have you ever done that. Or something along those lines. Of course I would love to see what happens, but I would advise you to just stay with your boyfriend. But that's Just my opinion.

Do you like your job? If you do, then stay away from her. I don't think you need troubles...even if you'll start something with her at one moment, this will finish and you might lose your job. In the same time I don't really think that you are atracted to her, you are just flattered that she likes you. And it's too complicated...she's married and too old for you...you can have better....so, why should you bother?

Life is too short. Take a chance. Sounds like she is a good friend too. And a friend will understand even if she says no.
But if she looks at your butt, that is a strong indication. She is older and probably scared to ask you--thinking you couldn't be attracted to her.
I say go for it.

Well I can kinda relate because I'm bi and I come across situations like this a lot.
But sit down with her and talk about it. And then if all comes out well and she wants to be with you than Terrific!
But if not than, but she's just not the right woman for you...
