This is a 7.5-8. Looks pretty good. You need SB's though, Freel won't do you any good on the bench and his other numbers are too weak to start him. Batting average is suspect and you really need Stephen Drew and Alex Rios to break out, Uggla to duplicate last year, Ramirez to stay healthy and Dice-K to live up to the hype. Every team has at least this many questions-stay on top of the waiver wire and you'll do well w/ this team.
Maddux is fine as a 5th starter unless there is someone with more upside available.

I like your team. I would probobly try to drop the last 2 OF on your bench (kearns and monroe) Pick up a rookie like young or gordon . Laos Maybe trade for another closer and dropping shields to help your stats. Lastly I would trade Uggla while his value is up. (maybe upgrade an OF position or a SP) and getting someone like kendrick.

I would give it an 7 outta 10. You should be able to get into the playoffs but you may have some trouble winning your league. (love the Zumaya pick up thou)

maybe a 5. unless this is a really deep league. your sp's leave a lot to be desired. you also have a lot of unproven players and people coming off career years. (Uggla, Wang, Young, Dice-K, Drew, Rios,) I like you hitting core of miggy, manny and aram but dont think you should reach for mauer, uggla, or Dice-k. The key is to draft players before their best year, definetly not after. BJ is a good closer, but only pairing him with dotel makes you weak in saves. you should cut monroe and kearns and pick up a couple of guys to get you cheap saves.(Gregg, McClung, Weathers, etc..)

id give u an...8, i mean ur pretty weak other then remerez, cabrera and maurer but... joes the best catcher in te league so that raises ur score. Maddux is old trade him b4 his value goes down for a younger more promisisng player. also Ramirez(Aris) should def replace alex rois if u ask me, well thats my opinion. Wait srry u have Zito, that gives u and 8 and a half, srry bout the errorl.

about a 7.
your OF is OK. drew is unproven and young so hes a gamble. sexson has power but also a bad batting %. uggla showed that he had game last year, so hope he keeps it up altho i dont think many people are that high on him. util is good.
dice-k is unproven also, but he should do well.
young is young and has potential and should do well.
need to upgrade RP. Dotel sucks. get another good RP or 2. try valverde saito or ray because theyre ranked low and maybe you can get them cheap because they are really good.
wang has no power just wins cuz he plays for NY. Zito wont get that many wins either. SF isnt a good offensive team and ZIto wont get Ks.

7 right now. You have very good offense, but no SBs.
Sp is good but u need at least 3 closers total. I would trade your 3rd baseman or ulity player to find a closer and or SB player. Scott shields will get u wins only and it wont be often as last season-- drop him.
