Hey, i understand you problem i had to help all of my friends and younger family put on makeup so i very good at it. The trick is to use colors that match your skind tone and eye color, the easiest way to match your eye makeup with your eye color is #1 (most imprtant rule) never match your eye products color with the color of your eyes this will drain the color out of them so if you have brown eyes the best color to use that would bring them out would be a pink (perferabley a lighter pink) or green (forest green works the best) the trick is if you have a dark color of eyes like brown use more lighter colors cuz if you whole eye appears dark it wont look good.

The best way to make your make-up look sexy is through your eyes, PLAY UP YOUR EYES!!!!

Steps:
1) Take black eye line (liquid or pencil doesnt matter) out line the bottom part of your eye (**thin line)

2) close one of your eyes and draw a verything line of eye line right on the edge of you lip makeing sure you line the whole lid. When each eye is done check to make sure each line is even....

3) then use your eyeshadow, depending on it you just want to put the shadow on the lid or who eye will make a big difference, if you want to put it on your whole eye i would suggest buying ALMAY INTENSE I-COLOR POWDER SHADOW TRIO FOR HAZEL EYES, if you buy this it will have the instructions on the box on how to apply it but make sure you blend the colors together evenly other wise you might look like a clown. if you decide to put it on the lid and that only then just take a a powedered shadow or and eyeshadow pencil(i think the pencil works the best cuz it goes on creamy and looks more vibarent which makes for a more sexy look)

4) The last step is mascara, to get the best results for mascara take a eye lash curler and heat it up with the your blow-dryer for about 30 seconds, then take your mascara and dab the brush off on paper towl (not kleenex it will leave particals on the brush) this makes sure you get all the clumps off so it applys evenly on your lash's. when you apply the mascara i would advice you to open your mouth beacuse when you put it on start from the beging of you lash and then blink. dont comb through your lashs with the brush this will cause eyelashs to not even out, then after applying your mascara let it dry for about 1 minute and if your lash curler isnt warm still then reheat it but make sure you dont get it to hot then curl your lashs but make sure you place the curler in the midle of the lashes dont place it at the end or begining cuz this will only make the droopy or it will look like your wearing fake eyelashs...

if you follow these simply steps your eyes will look really sexy and you eyecolor will pop and be more vibarant looking (just keep in mind to complement the color of your eyes to your make-up this is a big mistake people make)

thanks and hope you like the results cuz i do!!

Go look for this makeup: An Eyeshadow that very close to you skin an a little bit darker brown. (usally you can get 3 eyeshadown fo brown in one). Conseler that fits your skin, mascara,an eyeliner.

Take the conseler an put it around you eyes (if you have bags under your eyes, put some there ) take the eyeshadow from your eye lashes to the top of your eye browns for a smooth natrual look, then take the lttile bit darker brown an take that from your eye lashes to the creas of you eye then put mascra on and very light eye liner on the top lid.

Putting eyeliner on the top lid kind of hard if you never did it. so practice befor you wear it to school.

putting eyeliner on the top: take the coner or your eye an pull it out towars you ear an lightly take the eyeliner from where your eyelashes start to the other end (dont go pass that)take a q tip and lightly whip it for a smoother look.

go to the makeup counter at the department store or head to the pharmacy and spend a lot of time looking around and trying different products. If you have an even skin tone (minimal redness/zits) then i just skip foundation all together and consider yourself very very lucky. Otherwise, find a foundation that matches your skin tone exactly. There's so many out there that its almost impossible not to find one. Since you're younger, i would go with Neutrogena and stay away from Loreal. If you have normal/oil skin, go for a powder foundation. If you have dry skin, go with either a tinted moisturizer or a cream foundation. With the cream/moisturizer, just put a tiny bit in your palm (about the size of a dime/penny) and then work it over your face as if you were putting on sunscreen. Be careful around your eyebrows and hairline, and also your jawline. With a powder foundation, take a foundation brush (they tend to be larger and wider) and swirl the brush into the powder and apply on your face using circular motions. Make sure its even and lightly applied. There's nothign worse than the feeling of caked on makeup, plus its really bad for your skin.

Then, for blush, pick a color that you think looks natural (smile and then pinch your cheeks where they get full, and see what color that is). When you're ready to apply, smile and apply where you pinched before. Brush VERY LIGHTLY sweeping out towards your hair line.

Eye shadow--i'd stick to neutral tones. Its better to look fresh and natural than all made up, especially at school. Trust me, you'll get noticed a lot more if you just look super cute and pretty than all made up with gallons of crazy colors all over your face. They have light brown shades that look great. Close one eye and very lightly brush the powder onto your lids starting at the lash line and the inside and smooth it to the outside and the crease, just under your brow bown. Its easier for me if i tug on the outside corner of my eye, just so its a smooth and flat surface.

Then mascara, go for a black/brown and just take the wand and brush it onto your lashes. Careful about blinking too hard right away otherwise you'll have mascara lines under your eyes. Only apply it to your upper lashes, otherwise you'll look like the crazy old ladies with chunks of mascara hanging from their lids.

And voila, you're done.

the important thing to do is practice before you actually go to school so you have a basic idea of what you're doing and how its going to look before the big day.

im 14 too. first make sure your skin is clean and mousterised. apply your foundation (dream matte mousse is really good) with a wedge shaped sponge. then your concealer if you need it , then use a large brush to dust some powder over your face. then apply some bronzer (because you have fair skin make sure its not too orange and is just a couple of shades darker than your foundation) apply it to places that hit the sun like your forehead, bridge of your nose and your cheekbones. BUT NOT YOUR CHIN. then apply some blush too the apples of the cheeks(you blush should be light pink i think coz ur pale) and black mascara. a little eyeliner if you want and curling your eyelashes looks cute. make sure your eyebrows are in shape and some lipgloss!!!!!!

best thing I can tell you is to not over do it - make sure you buy makeup for your skin type (oily, dry etc.)

you can go to your local mall and get a "free" makeover on the weekends - they will give you a little how to

if you can't do that go to the dollar section of a drugstore and buy some differnt colors and play around with some of your girlfriends or just by yourself - you will find what you like and what looks good.. thats how I learned

also - if you see someone at school that did a good job with their makeup.. ask them how they did it :) have fun!

I can tell you but when you see a picture it is so much easier..

Let me give u a website that you can add your color hair, color of eyes, skin color, eye shape, lip shape and it will tell you the colors as well as what color combo you should use.. Since you are young dont rush into anything heavy.. Just something nice and basic. Like lip gloss and a lil bit of mascara and/Or a lil bit of eyeliner that blends with you. Good colors for your skin is blk/brown, brown, mascaras and eyelinres..

wear black eyeliner with mascara and like a grayish whiteish but mostly black eye shadow. its better if you have a dark eyeshadow on then at the middle or the tip of your eyelid put a shiny or sparkly eyeshadow maybe whiteish or gray. it looks good!!
