Latest version? Like from dynamically updating webs site? Like CNN? Just click on the update button. With some browsers, if you hold down the shift key and click on the browser's refresh button, it forces the browser to grab new items, instead of fetching them from the cache.

Press Ctrl + F5. This performs a hard refresh on the web page.
