Nope the expression 'Sleep Like A Log' applies to me. I wake up in the same place I fell asleep in. Kinda creepy really. I fold my arms over my chest and since I suffer from sleep apnea I can go a while withut breathing while sleeping. Kinda like a great big corpse. I also don't like light. Hmmm maybe I been drinking too many Bloody Marys.

coz its a biological thing,if u dont move then the part of ur body that u sleeps on trape the most of blood,so u have to move from side to side ,its healthy thing that u move actully whn u r a sleep.sometimes i dont and thats why my left arm hurts a lot

yes I toss and turn alot, I think it is because tend to sleep too much, and my body doesn't want to sleep anymore.

Oh yes, my hubby gets so mad at me. I'm all over that bed at night. I literally have to take the sheets off and remake it every night.

i toss and turn a lot before i am even asleep so I imagine i do while I'm sleeping
