Sure, Gretzky is the best Ukrainian, but there was/are a lot of great players. Most of them were born in Canada or took Russian citizenship but I am not talking about citizenship or birthplace, I am talking about ethnic Ukrainians.

Well; the best Player I knew of that was of Ukrainian Decent was a Goaltender named Konstantin Simchuk. Even though he was a Career Minor Leaguer. I saw this guy play and let me tell you something, he was a difference maker in a majority of the games he played in.

I'd add Johnny Bucyk for sure. Although he's not in the same class as the others, Curtis Leschyshyn was a really good defensive defenseman too.
