again contained in the 1800's, before there became electricity to ordinary our residences, human beings could purchase a "porch monkey" to ordinary their porches. It became usually a bronze sculpture of a small monkey dressed like a jockey, preserving a small oil lamp. i could assume that the racial overtones to "porch monkey" originated for the duration of that aspect. yet a "porch monkey" truly is a valid merchandise, even inspite of the truth that many short-minded racist human beings have chosen to make the time period a ok-familiar, and extremely gruesome referance.

'porch monkey' is looked upon as a racist remark towards people of African decent, your lucky that people are only punching you. I saw the movie and thought that part was hilarious, however using that term in a public setting will get you into serious trouble. Good luck.

Ok, stop getting questions from Clerks 2. I'm beginning to wonder how well this society functions with people like you in it.

Obviously you are not trying to bring it back. If you actually did you would not be getting "punched" you would be getting your assss kicked. And i would help. That was a movie, not real life. If that was real life that guy would of gotten his asss kicked too. If you are gonna reinact anything from Clerks 2 you should go get a donkey. dumasss

Like the "N" word, the phrase has too much emotional baggage attached to it for it to ever go mainstream. Give it up and save a lot of wear and tear on your arm!
