I have a friend who has this. She doesn't have a uterus, but she does have ovaries and tubes. You still produce eggs, you just don't have an "oven" to "bake" a baby. You would either have to look into surogacy or adoption. There is no way to do a uterine transplant, due to medications and other problems with getting pregnant after a transplant, so that idea is out. If you want someone to talk to, I can give her this question to contact you.

Every woman has a set number of eggs in her ovaries. The number of eggs she has varies from woman to woman. Unfortunately, not having a uterus, means you, yourself, cannot become pregnant or carry a child. Your eggs, most likely, are viable and capable, upon fertilization, can become a child in a surogate mother. There are fertility clinics that can discuss options with you if you desire a child though they are, on the whole, somewhat expensive.

yes if your ovaries are in tact then they will still contain eggs and release them each month, i have had a hysterectomony and this is what the doc told me. i assume the end of your question is to produce a 'baby', unfortunatley no baby will result as you have no utereus to guide the sperm to the egg or for the baby to grow

Well sorry but you cannot get pregnant but your eggs should be fine. You cannot get preg. because the uterus hold the baby and the lining (your period) is what feeds it and you don't have that. Sorry
