Printing from emails can be temperamental.
I strongly suggest you copy the email body and paste it into a Microsoft Word Document or alternative.

This way you can format the email and print it the way you want it.

To copy and paste:

highlight text
Control + C - Copy
Control + V - Paste

Just copy and paste it into word.

Or you can try selecting what you want to print before actually printing. Got it?

2 things. Make sure the tray size is set right, and make sure you're printing to that size paper.

Best way to check that is to select FILE, then PRINT. From there select properties and you can check the size of the paper that you SHOULD be printing to there.
