I've been thinking about modeling and the modeling business. And I'm trying to find some moral positives in it. It just seems like a profession that is very self absorbed. It's basically a "look at me... I'm beautiful" type of job. And it seems like one of the few professions in the world that doesn't give anything back to the community or help anyone in any way except to allow people to be amazed by physical beauty. Are there any positive aspects of modeling???

there is a lot of money in fashion, some think of it as art but trully anyone that charges $350 for a tee-shirt is a greedy corporation of fat f*cks. They they do charity events and spend waaay too much money to entertain each other just so they can write it off their taxes.

You are completely correct. The fashion industry is more aimed towards the middle to upper-class people. It doesn't do anything to give back to the community. The only positive thing that could possibly come out of it, is to become famous, make lots of money, then help people with that money. Like Tyra Banks maybe. But just walking down the runway won't feed starving families.

fashion is the best. and especially when you're modeling the fashion. in order to be a model you have to have the right walk, balance, face, and body look. most models are also tall.being a model sounds like a fun profession.

Well if you're good you can make lots of money and give back to the community with that money. Modeling doesn't always have to be about $$$ either. You could model for PETA....

I think models like Tyra are examples of models giving back to the community. You could donate money to charities or volunteer to help others.

Being a model allows you to be royal, and elegant, and dignified, and you will become free, and frizzy, and electrical, and be able to devote the rest of your time to developing your spirit, and your dreams, and radiating happiness and overflowing with joy to other people.
