*grin*, hon your energy will go up and down like a yo yo during your pregnancy. It could be the caffeine drained you a bit yesterday, but most of it is pregnancy. Take the days as they come. The days you are more tired, limit the things you do at home so you have energy for work. The days you have a bit more energy plan for the other days by doing extra, like maybe preparing an extra meal to freeze, or doing an extra load of laundry. It all evens out once that little one comes. I'm mom to 3 and did these things while I was pregnant. I had a very understanding boss as well and the days I didn't have the energy, I was given less to do.

Your body is going through a lot of different changes!! I am sure everything is o.k!! As long as you are not bleeding or having cramps you will be fine!! If you are really worried about it call you doc!! Everybody is different, i know after the first 6 wks my energy was back until like 7 months and then i was tired all over again!! Congrats and Good Luck!!

It's normal, because I had spotting and then one day I had this boost of energy for the day so I thought I had lost the baby. But it turned out it was just energy because now I am 15 weeks. So I am sure that is what is happening with you.

i think loads of pple will have had more energy today - we've had fab weather (well in London at least) made me feel so good and optimistic even tho the last few days i've had the worst pmt and been so awful to be around - even for myself! but curiously happy today, been pondering it myself!

it's totally normal, its just a change in your chemical balance, mood swings, that comes with being pregnant.
