I have a big secret that my husband has no idea about. Do you think it is the best to come clean or just leave things the way they are. Telling him may mean and end to our marriage.

I think it is best neither to tell him NOR to leave things the way they are. Do not tell your husband something that could end your marriage. You married until death do you part. However, neither should you leave things the way they are -- you should change your self and your marriage for the better. Re-focus on your marriage, increase your communication, and get more emotionally intimate with your husband. Work on yourself to become trustworthy, affectionate, kind, and generous.

if it would mean the end of the marriage i definitely would not take that chance unless i wanted out of the marriage, as men's ego's are fragile and sometimes some things just don't fly. keep your secret, unless it is something life threatening, and if its a betrayal of some sort, its never too late to stop it and become faithful. just depends if u want your marriage to be over with.

Would you want him to tell you if it was the other way around.. wouldn't you want to know ?? Honesty is always the best policy ! Whatever your reasons... keeping a big secret is only gonna put a strain on you and your marriage!

Depends on the secret. A marriage that cannot survive deep dark secrets is not uncommon. Sometimes it is best to remain silent and live on.

If you cheated on him recently, tell him NOW, before you make him eat the left overs. That is the best thing to do if you want to survive it. If it has been years since you cheated, just keep it to yourself as him realizing he's been eating leftovers for years will haunt him and put a major strain on your marriage, if not end it completely.

First of all, you should of never done it, but reality is, we're only human. You should tell him and if it does not work out, then I guess soulmate does drift apart.
