The concerts that are outdoors

If your question is whether they can hear it directly, the answer is NO. There is practically no sound beyond 4-5 kms, horizontally. Vertically, the astronauts are may be more than 36,000 km above the earth. Even if there is enough air to hear, the sound would fade long before reaching that place.
But there are other means of making them hear. e.g telecasting it. they stay in a capsule which has air. So they can view/hear the telecast programs.
Does that answer your question?

There could be an f) not one of the above Gravity is everywhere (All products with mass, even people, exert some degree of gravitational attraction) so A isn't the main suitable option. B is the closest answer, whether, "weightlessness" is created by skill of the equality of two forces on a similar time as in orbit. An orbit is created whilst a crafts tangential velocity to the orbit is super sufficient that centrifugal rigidity balances gravity rigidity. think of of it like a ball on a string. in case you swing it around quickly sufficient the string will stay tight (rigidity rigidity on the string equals centrifugal rigidity) and the ball will fly around. An orbit is enormously plenty in simple terms like that, different than the ball is a spacecraft or planet and the string is gravity...

if this were the case, aliens would have destroyed the earth, citing too much noise pollution.
