Yes. The value attributed to a car is such that people become spirits and the car is a body sometimes. Whole lives can revolve around a car so there is a lot of energy. Some creep could say, carve their intials in the paint job and it could ruin a responsible car owners point of view forever. I consider it self defense to cut off the stems of tires and destroy engines if aggressive driving forgets whats at stake. So, my answer is yes.

I suppose if houses can be haunted, there's no reason cars can't.
