yes just like i shove icecream in little kids faces and say "remember this face" just like dane cook

Not neccesarily because some kiddes like the sound of a balloon popping so it depends on what type of children they are. If they are sensitive then they would most likely cry. I wouuldnt try to make any kiddes cry by popping balloons.

I used to inflate balloons for parties and the popping haunts me. If you do then I'll cry.
