When I was pregnant I had the same thing, and it turned out it was nothing just my pelvic bones stretching. The doctor said it was normal because your body is adjusting to the baby, and preparing for birth! Call your doctor anyway and make sure!

Are they a a brief, sharp, stabbing pain or a longer-lasting dull ache? If so that could be round ligament pain. But that usually starts in the 2nd trimester.. but in the first trimester you could be feeling your uterus pulling and stretching as it expands in size. The discharge sounds normal but I really think you should call your doctor and get a more accurate answer. Good luck.

GO TO THE DOCTOR NOW!!!!! Don't delay, don't even brush your hair, just get right on down there. Sharp pain and discharge is not a good combination this early in your pregnancy. Good luck!

Both cramping and spotting this early can be very normal...but the two of them together definately warrants a trip to the ER or doctor's office immediately to have things checked out.

Call the doctor it may be nothing but just to be sure. Also, take it easy: not hot baths, no exercise, no heating pads.
