is it possible that a phone bill can get the wrong times that you send text messages? (specifically tmobile)

With T-Mobile, it's the location of the messaging server that causes the times to be off. All times of the messages show as Pacific Time on my bill, and I'm in the Central Time Zone.

It could be several things. They could be using the timezone the billing office in in, the time their system actually processed the message or it was received by the other party (not all messages are sent in an instant, some are received hours after being sent). It could also be other factors that causes it to look different on the bill.
