Well... look at the dates.

The first two occurred immediately after the end of WW2, and NATO was formed in 1949.

When did the Treaty of Versailles take place?

The Treaty of Versailles ended WWI. I am uncertain how it could have contributed to the Cold War. Also, it was not rejected by the Senate.
