It is more cool to NOT be a top contributor. Top contributors are actually robots.

No way! Just bc you arent doesnt mean you aren't good enough. One day you will be a top contributor, and if you dont want to be, then dont.

Nah, its not worth feeling bad over. Imagine how many hours they have dedicated to this sport. I am happy if only someone somewhere is helped by what little me has said. And....best answers really do make me do a little dance.

It's all based on specific catergories. If you just camp in one, then you're more likely to get "top contributor" but it doesn't really matter all that much.
I prefer to just surf all the incoming questions, it's more surprising that way.

That is the one thing I do not like about my new title. I don't want bragging rights. That's not what I am here to do. I don't want people to feel inferior or to think that I am superior to them. Don't worry, you are just as cool as anyone here! The orange is nothing, don't pay attention to it!
