Sounds like there is more to this story than what you are telling us.

You should be legally allowed to hire and fire whomever you want, if they are here legally, without the gvt having any say in it whatsoever.
It is your business. What right does the gvt have to tell you who to hire and why.
Freedom of speech doesnt mean freedom from consequences. You can say whatever you want, but dont expect those around you to just stand by and take it. People get fired and whine about why all the time. If you happen to be causing a stir about an issue and then get fired why is it racism racism racism. And if it is, do you really want to work for that person anyways.

It depends on what country you are in, since laws vary by country (and state/province).
In the US, speaking out is protected (unless you are inciting violence or illegal conduct). Most European countries, and many others around the world, offer similar free speech protections.
Then again, most countries also prohibit physical assault, so the people "sacking" you would likely be subject to criminal penalties. That may not make the bumps and bruises go away, but it may make you feel better about speaking out for a cause you believe in.
I think if more people were willing to speak out against bigotry, it would help to eliminate it even faster.

Legislation only perpetuates racism. Look at Yugoslavia. You think if our country falls apart it won't do something similar? If you do, you are a foolish one.

People who are patriots are called racist maybe you are just a traitor to your country and a coward I would sack someone for this as well. There is strong evidence that different races have different traits maybe your pro crime and rape stance was deemed offensive to someone a lot smarter than you

I don't think it's right to get blasted for speaking out against ILLEGAL aliens and being called a racist. People claim that everyone is a racist and I strongly disagree!
Illegal aliens have NOTHING to do with race!!!!

This may sound racists, but it seems only White
people are racists. Black people can call Whites
a racist but White's are not allowed to call Black
people the same. Now, that really is "racism".
