About 1/8 inch per foot.

It depends on how many fixtures will be hooked up to the drain pipe. The greater the slope, the more fixtures can be drained. For most residential and small commercial applications, a minimum slope of 1/8" per foot for 3" pipe and larger is required. 1/4" per foot slope is better.

Most plumbing codes require a 1/4" per foot slope for sanitary sewer pipes.
